Reach the VesselBook team: support for boat owners and marine businesses, bug reports, feature ideas, and privacy or data requests. A person reads every message.
VesselBook is built by a small team for boat owners and the marine businesses that work on their boats. Whatever you send, a person reads it.
Questions about your boat records, something that is not working, an idea for a feature, or anything about your account. Please include the email address on your account and, if something broke, what you were doing at the time.
Already signed in? The in-app help centre answers common questions, reports a bug with your page and device details attached, and keeps your requests where you can follow them.
Data exports, account deletion, copyright notices and privacy questions go to the same address. The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service explain what we keep and what your rights are.
Surveyors, yards, mechanics, brokers, dealers, marinas and manufacturers: the business pages explain how VesselBook fits your work, and the directory listing is free.
Email is read by a person, not a queue robot, and most messages are answered within a couple of working days. VesselBook is a small team in beta, so we would rather tell you that than promise an hour.
The email address on your account, the boat or the page you were on, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot settles most questions in one exchange. Never send us a password.
Both are self-serve inside the app, under your account settings: an export of everything held about you, and account deletion. Write to us if you cannot reach the settings, and say which of the two you want.
Write to the same address with the word security or abuse in the subject line and it is escalated. Report a listing or a post you believe is fraudulent, and include the link — the acceptable use policy sets out what is not allowed.
